1 servings 3 T balsamic vinegar
2 T sugar
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
1/2 pt strawberries
Mix vinegar, sugar and pepper in a stainless steel bowl,
then put in halved strawberries. Marinate for an hour or so.
Leftover sauce makes a wonderful vinagrette.
This is a recipe that I had over the holidays it is truly one of the best Vinagrette that I have ever had.
