From Size 16 To A Size 10

After one month into the new year I have decided
to go on the Atkins for Life low-carb cookbook. I
am not a person who talks about working out, eating
diet foods, collecting diet recipes and always trying
to check calories. I have a friend who has lost a total
of 45 lbs on this diet. So, I thought what the heck it
is certainly worth a purchase of the book. I'm sure
alot of you have this book. She totally went by this
book and the results are unbelievable how she looks today.
If anyone has had good results as well please let me know.
The recipes that she used from the book sounds really
good. I am really excited!! If you don't have a copy
with extra pounds to take off you may want to try Adkins.

Vikki,
We have been eating low carb on and off for around 7 years!
I started really being good back in september. (No flour,No wheat, no sugar) .....
doing a variation on atkins, that I love, because with this I can still have potatoes, and corn, and brown rice! But still no bread, Well I am down 44 lbs! I am so happy I did it!
I still have another 50 to lose, so I am rooting you on!!!
You Go Girl!
I am officially taking the chocolate out of your swap box! LOL

Vikki,

Thank you for visiting with me at one of my blogs and I am so grateful for your comment and that the LORD led you to receive what you needed.

I had to come on over and visit and leave you a message. I pray the blessings of the Lord upon you, your hubby, children and your grandchildren. I too walk in that blessing of a wonderful husband, two daughters and two little granddaughters 19 mos and 5 mos.

I have a fitness blog as well. I see you're getting healthier and that's great. I use Weight Watchers Online. I am for healthy eating and working out for the last two years. Steady process. My story is on that blog if you're interested.

I look forward to revisiting with you. God bless you.
