Then, Kelli and Chad blessed me with another beautiful grandson, Cooper, who is now three. Ryan and Erin blessed me with my first granddaughter, Presley, and now Presley has brother, Harper, who is 2. My blog is really all about family. Recycled Greetings Cards

Makes Beautiful Gift Tags
Recycled Greeting Cards - Cut off the fronts of beautiful holiday cards and attach them to your gifts using double face tape. The picture on the card will dress up your gift and add a bit of color and style. Use a simple cording as ribbon.

Turned Candle Holder Into Book Display

This Angel Candle Holder I bought at the Victory Out Reach
Thrift Store. I knew I was not going to use it for a candle,
I thought and thought I knew Connor's Christmas Books
would be just the right thing to use this for. I love it for
holding books, cards, mail or anything.

VERY SPECIAL PINK SATURDAY (Nellie)

Do you remember when Cabbage Patch Dolls came out?? I
have a wonderful story to share about mine.My first husband
drove 90+ miles from Meridian to Hattiesburg, to the old Gibsons
Discount to get this one for me. The greatest thing about this is
that we had not been married very long. I must have been at least
twenty four.My thought this would be something to hand down to
my daughter if and when I had one. But as you know I only have
two Sons (Chad and Ryan). Two grandsons(Connor and Cooper)
I am going to continue to wait for a granddaughter
to pass her down to!! Gibsons Was SOLD OUT in Meridian,
DANNY was off the next day. I hated to ask him to go,
I made sure he was on the road early. I just knew to be able to
get one he had to be there close to opening. When he arrived,
walked in the(store) Gibsons all he could here were women.
That made it much easier for him to know where they were
located in the store. I asked for her to be wearing
Pink and have dark hair I wanted her to look like me my hair
was dark at the time but it has been blonde
for the last 30 something years. He knew more about me
than I did with getting blonde hair.
Sharing Nellie for Pink Saturday.
She has been with me since 1984..

Table Setting Complete

I have completed my table. My daughter-in-law and
son started this beautiful set of Gail Pittman
Hollylujah pattern for me several years ago. I have
added chip and dip bowl, large platter. I would love
to keep them out all year. But I don't. This is one of the
prettiest patterns that Gail Pittman has ever done.
